Melanie Samson Tuttle founded Tuttle Law, PLLC to practice business and employment law and to counsel regarding corporate governance. Located in Greensboro, North Carolina, Tuttle Law provides high quality legal services and pragmatic advice at a fair cost.
Ms. Tuttle has extensive experience in business and employment law, having practiced in a large multinational firm and small, boutique firms. She brings a litigator’s eye and judgment to transactional, business and employment matters, having both served as a law clerk to a federal judge and litigated employment and other cases.
Melanie Tuttle believes that legal theory and practice are inextricably intertwined. The “why” of the law leads to the “how” of the law and vice versa. Clients are best served when their counsel has a solid grasp on both legal theory and practice. With her “love of the law” and many years of practice, Ms. Tuttle brings a perfect blend of theory and practicality to each engagement. Communication is key to the lawyer-client relationship. Having been a law school professor, Ms. Tuttle strives to make the law easily understood by her clients.
